You can read this page without signing in. These are Clara's terms of service, for both the Google web application and the Microsoft Entra app registration.
Clara is the software a business uses to keep what it is owed, what it owes, payments, and the correspondence that belongs with them.
The account
You join with an invite from the business, or you are the one who opens the workspace.
You are responsible for the account email and for the people you invite.
Google and Microsoft
Connecting Gmail or Outlook authorizes Clara to access that mailbox as the privacy statement describes, and only for that workspace.
Connect a mailbox only when you have the right to connect it. You can disconnect it in the workspace settings.
Connecting the mailbox means you accept these terms and the privacy statement.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clara to break the law, to access a mailbox you do not control, or to send mail you should not send.
Records
Invoices, payments, and mail a business puts in Clara stay that business's. Clara does not own them.
The service
Clara is working software. It is not a substitute for an accountant or a lawyer.
We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
The service changes. These terms change when we update this page. The date at the top is the version in force.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

A conta
Entra com um convite da empresa, ou é quem abre o workspace.
É responsável pelo e-mail da conta e por quem convida.
Google e Microsoft
Ligar o Gmail ou o Outlook autoriza a Clara a aceder a essa caixa como a declaração de privacidade descreve, e só para esse workspace.
Só pode ligar uma caixa que tenha o direito de ligar. Pode desligar a caixa nas definições do workspace.
Ao ligar a caixa, aceita estes termos e a declaração de privacidade.
Uso aceitável
Não use a Clara para violar a lei, para aceder a uma caixa que não controla, nem para enviar correio que não devia enviar.
Os registos
As faturas, os pagamentos e o correio que a empresa coloca na Clara continuam a ser dessa empresa. A Clara não fica dona deles.
O serviço
A Clara é software de trabalho. Não substitui um contabilista nem um advogado.
Podemos suspender o acesso que viole estes termos.
O serviço muda. Estes termos mudam quando atualizamos esta página. A data no topo é a versão em vigor.
Estes termos regem-se pela lei portuguesa.
