Client payment delays have been a constant challenge throughout my professional experience, regardless of the size of the companies I worked with. Whether small or large, all of them faced the same headaches: the struggle to collect what they were owed.

When I started working in sales, I believed my mission was simple: attract new clients and ensure the existing ones were happy. However, almost every month, I found myself reaching out to clients to remind them about overdue invoices. The worst part was feeling like I was asking for a favor – carefully choosing every word, afraid of damaging the relationship.

This reality became even clearer when I saw small businesses in sensitive situations, struggling to pay salaries because their clients failed to meet deadlines. That was the moment I realized the profound impact this issue could have, not just on businesses but on people's lives.

That's when I decided to create Clara, a solution designed to help companies get paid faster. Clara simplifies everything related to receivables and automates most of the process. We handle bank reconciliation, send reminders to clients, manage tasks, and provide a real-time view of who owes what.

And why the name Clara? Clara was originally a fictional persona created by my husband's previous company to handle collections. Clara would reach out to clients several times, and if they didn’t respond, the business owner would step in.
 This approach inspired me to develop a solution that combines a personal touch with automation.
 With Clara, we aim to free businesses from the exhausting task of chasing payments.
